I serve as Executive Director of Common Good because I believe communities deserve more than programs; they deserve strong systems, trusted infrastructure, and organizations built to last. Common Good’s model of fiscal sponsorship and capacity-building is rooted in that belief, and it closely aligns with my career-long focus on operational excellence, accountability, and community-driven impact.

For more than two decades, I have led nonprofit organizations and initiatives across the U.S. and internationally, strengthening operations, building teams, and supporting partners working in youth development, economic empowerment, and international work. What drew me to Common Good is its commitment to long-term sustainability, not just supporting projects, but helping organizations grow responsibly and with integrity.

I hold an MBA and bring a systems-focused approach to leadership, ensuring that strategy, governance, and operations are aligned. At Common Good, my work centers on strengthening partnerships, building infrastructure, and ensuring that our organization remains a trusted platform for community-led change.
